(More customer reviews)EVEN TOUGH THE BASS QUALITY IS EXCELLENT, THE SHIPMENT WAS AWFUL. THE BASS CAME BROKE AND IT DOESN'T PLAY. ALSO IT HAS SCRATCHES ALL OVER. I CAN'T RETURN THE BASS, SINCE I'M LIVING OUT OF THE U.S. AND IT COST ME MORE MONEY TO SEND IT BACK THAN BUYING A NEW ONE.
