Designed after the classic 60's electric bass, the Johnson Split Pickup Bass gives you a big and beefy sound. We use a contoured, solid alder body to support greater string tension and give the bass a meaty tone. The thick, one-piece maple neck gives it a vintage bass feel. The electronics consist of split-coil, hum-cancelling pickups, and tone and volume controls. We use a diecast bridge with individual saddles for dialing in your action. The machine heads are modeled after vintage elephant ear tuners, and have a 20:1 gear ratio. This bass comes with a lifetime warranty.
